Service Operations Coordinator


  • Support the Global service team, providing end-to-end operational support and process control.
  • Serve as Focal point for the company’s subsidiaries and the global service team for Logistics/Operation service-related activities and escalations.
  • Global service support from parts requested under Service case through shipment and case reporting.
  • Work with internal interfaces, including Engineering, Customer Support, Repair Center, Planning and Production, to provide solutions for the subsidiaries’ service teams.
  • Follow-up on customer and Global Planner schedules and work internally to coordinate deliveries accordingly.
  • Services Data management in ERP (SAP)
  • Monitor high-level processes, and make sure the process is followed by the Service team according to the guidelines.
  • Support processes on other IT Tools supporting the Global Service and customers.
  • Work with Planning on Spare Parts list update, Follow-up on maintaining stock level of service parts in the regional Warehouses.


  • Practical Engineer Degree/ Engineer degree  in Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics, Industrial Engineering and Management, or similar – must.
  • High technical abilities and understanding from a semiconductor or multidisciplinary company – must
  • 5+ years’ experience in Service Operations in a global multi-disciplinary company
  • Experience in ERP- SAP – an advantage
  • Must have technical experience from a multi-disciplinary company
  • Experience in customer service orientation
  • Experience in a leadership positions
  • High analytical skills and appreciation of data integrity
  • Ability to produce results under pressure in a dynamic environment while maintaining quality support.

Key Customer Software Engineer

Our offices are located in Beaverton, Oregon and we are looking for full-time on-site employees to join us.

As a SW Field Engineer for a semiconductor customer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support,  software solutions and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of semiconductor equipment and systems. You will be responsible for working closely with customers, resolving complex software-related issues, identifying new projects and business opportunities, and optimizing system performance. This position requires strong technical expertise, verbal and communication skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a customer-facing role.

Job Description

  • Camtek focal point for SW-related items at key customer
  • Create, follow up and present SW project schedules, Gantts, milestones, timelines, and delivery commitments.
  • Manage the periodic SW upgrade version installations at the key customer – define the content, assign resources, follow up on execution, update status.
  • Simulate and fix reported bugs, either solely or with the assistance of the Camtek HQ SW team

  • Willingness to communicate with Camtek HQ teams in different time zones.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, customer-driven environment.
  • Experience with semiconductor equipment, process control systems, or related fields is highly desirable.

Job Description

Join Camtek’s physics team and work in a multidisciplinary R&D environment on state-of-the-art optical microscopy systems for the semiconductor industry.

Take part in conceptualizing, defining, developing and maintaining Camtek’s roadmap optical systems and customer-specific solutions.

Characterize electro-optical components and systems, conduct lab experiments and perform optical simulations.

Develop equipment and methods to facilitate acceptance testing and system integration of optical components and systems.
