Global Compensation & Total Rewards Manager

Description

We are seeking a Global Compensation & Total Rewards Manager to lead and execute our global compensation and equity programs.

 

The position includes:

  • Lead the design and execution of global compensation and total rewards programs (salary, bonus, equity)
  • Own the annual global compensation cycle (salary reviews, bonuses, equity allocation)
  • Lead global benchmarking using salary surveys and market data
  • Advise on complex compensation decisions, including offers, promotions, and retention packages
  • Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and presentations to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior leaders across regions

Skills:

  • Relevant academic degree
  • Previous experience in compensation and benefits, including global program management
  • Experience working in a publicly traded technology company or similarly complex global organization
  • Deep expertise in global compensation & benefits, including STI/LTI and salary structures
  • Proven experience leading annual compensation cycles and managing global and local benchmarking
  • Proficiency with compensation systems and HRIS platforms
  • Advanced analytical and financial skills, including budgeting and compensation modeling
