Global Compensation & Total Rewards Manager
Description
We are seeking a Global Compensation & Total Rewards Manager to lead and execute our global compensation and equity programs.
The position includes:
- Lead the design and execution of global compensation and total rewards programs (salary, bonus, equity)
- Own the annual global compensation cycle (salary reviews, bonuses, equity allocation)
- Lead global benchmarking using salary surveys and market data
- Advise on complex compensation decisions, including offers, promotions, and retention packages
- Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and presentations to support decision-making
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior leaders across regions
Skills:
- Relevant academic degree
- Previous experience in compensation and benefits, including global program management
- Experience working in a publicly traded technology company or similarly complex global organization
- Deep expertise in global compensation & benefits, including STI/LTI and salary structures
- Proven experience leading annual compensation cycles and managing global and local benchmarking
- Proficiency with compensation systems and HRIS platforms
- Advanced analytical and financial skills, including budgeting and compensation modeling
