Rafi Amit
Chief Executive Officer
Rafi Amit served as our Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors from January 2014 to February 2023. Before that, since August 2010, Mr. Amit served as Active Chairman of the Board of Directors. Previously, since January 1998, he served as our Chief Executive Officer and as Chairman of the Board of Directors from 1987 until April 2009. Prior to that, since 1981 Mr. Amit has served as the President and director of Priortech and has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Priortech since 1988. From 1981 until 2004, Mr. Amit served as Priortech’s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Amit holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology

Moshe Eisenberg
Chief Financial Officer
Moshe Eisenberg joined Camtek as Chief Financial Officer in November 2011. Prior to joining Camtek, he served as the CFO of Exlibris, and prior to that he spent 4 years as the CFO of Scopus Video Networks, leading it from its Initial Public Offering on Nasdaq until its acquisition by Harmonic. Prior to Scopus, Mr. Eisenberg spent 10 years with Gilat Satellite in various finance positions, including 5 years as CFO of Spacenet Inc., a U.S.-based subsidiary of Gilat. Mr. Eisenberg holds an MBA in Finance from Tel Aviv University and a B.Sc. in Agricultural Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Ramy Langer
Chief Operating Officer
Ramy Langer was appointed Chief Operating Officer in November 2017.
Ramy Langer joined Camtek in January 2014 to lead the company's Semiconductors division. Ramy brings over 25 years of experience in the semiconductors industry, and held executive positions in Kulicke & Soffa in Israel and in the US. In Tower Semiconductors he served as VP Marketing & Sales and was part of the team that started Fab2. Ramy joined Saifun in 2002 and managed the JV Infineon Flash which was acquired by Infineon in 2005. Ramy was co-founder and CEO of the Fabless Infinite Memory. Ramy holds a Bsc and Msc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion in Haifa and Drexel University in Philadelphia.

Dr. Shimon Koren
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Shimon Koren has been with Camtek since 2006 holding various positions. Shimon was appointed Camtek CTO in 2018. Prior to that, he served 5 years as Physics and Technology group manager, leading key projects in defect detection and metrology. Before taking over Camtek Physics and technology lead, Shimon served as 3D metrology architect and algorithm team leader. Dr. Koren started his career with the semiconductor capital equipment market in 1993, joining KLA-Tencor overlay division as an algorithm developer, holding various positions in system engineering, technology and project management. From 2002 to 2006, Shimon served as algorithm and system manager at Applied Materials advanced development team, where he was working on revolutionary defect cleaning and inspection technologies.
Shimon holds a B.Sc. and PhD degree in Physics from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Orit Geva-Dvash
Vice President, Human Resources
Orit Geva-Dvash was appointed Vice President of Human Resources in November 2017. Before that, Mrs. Geva-Dvash served as Director of Human Resources. Between 2008 and 2014, Mrs. Geva-Dvash served as Human Resources Manager of Camtek Israel. Prior to that, between 2002-2008, Mrs. Geva-Dvash served in different HR positions at IBM Research Labs, last position as HR Business Partner and Compensation Leader. Prior to that, Mrs. Geva-Dvash served as a Recruitment manager in Camelot, a Startup company and in Mashov, a placement company. Mrs.Geva-Dvash holds a BA in Political Science and English Literature and MA in Political Science from the Haifa University.

Mono Grencel
Vice President, Operations
Moshe Grencel was appointed Vice President Operations in January 2007. Prior to that, between 2004 and 2006, Mr. Grencel served as the Executive Vice President of Supply Chain of Delta Galil, a leading company in the underwear textile industry. From 2001 Mr. Grencel served as Senior Vice President Operations of Lumenis, a medical laser manufacturer. From 1983 until 2000, Mr. Grencel held various executive positions with Elscint Ltd., a diagnostic medical equipment manufacturer. Mr. Grencel holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Management from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Omri Katz
Vice President Marketing & Sales Support
Mr. Omri Katz has been with Camtek since 2001 in various positions. From 2002 to 2004 Mr. Katz served as the company's technical director in Taiwan and led all the technical aspects related to the introduction of the first Semiconductors Inspection and Metrology systems into the Taiwanese market.
Following his return to, Mr. Katz served as the Application Manager and from 2011 until 2015 he served as the Semiconductor division Marketing Manager and Application Specialist.
Since 2015 Mr. Katz. Serves as Vice President Marketing.
Mr. Katz holds a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion Institute in Israel.

Ilan Carasso
Vice President Research & Development
Mr. Ilan Carasso has been with Camtek since 2014. From 2017 to 2019 Mr. Carasso served as Director of Product Development and since then he serves as Vice President of R&D responsible for Camtek’s product portfolio development.
Before joining Camtek, Mr. Carasso has started his career at Elbit Systems in 2002, holding various positions in System Engineering and Technical Project Management. From 2009 to 2014 Ilan served as R&D Director of System Engineering at Opgal.
Mr. Carasso holds a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from Haifa University.

Offer Moran
Vice President Customer Support
Mr. Offer Moran has been with Camtek since 2001 in various positions, starting as a Field Support Engineer.
From 2002 to 2005 Mr. Moran served as the company's Technical Director in the US. Based in the Silicon Valley in San Jose, Mr. Moran led all the technical aspects related to the introduction of the first Semiconductor Inspection and Metrology systems into the US market.
Following his return to Israel, Mr. Moran served as the Service Manager of Camtek’s Semiconductor Division, supporting the Company’s customers worldwide.
Since 2018 Mr. Moran serves as Vice President of Customer Support.

Moty Ben-Arie
Chairman of the Board of Directors
Moty Ben-Arie serves as our Chairman of the Board of Directors since March 28, 2017. Mr. Ben Ben-Arie has served as a consultant to entrepreneurs and investors since 2014. Previously, Mr. Ben-Arie served as the CEO of Sital Technology from 2012 until 2014. From 2006 until 2011 Mr. Ben-Arie also served as a managing partner of Vertex Ventures, where he focused on investments in Israeli-related hi-tech companies and evaluation of companies in the field of telecommunication, IT, test equipment, medical equipment and multidisciplinary systems. During these years Mr. Ben-Arie served as a member of the fund investment committee, managed investments in several companies and served as a board member in companies in their early stages, including Color Chip Inc., Multiphi, Expand Networks, Comability and Ethos Networks. From 2000 until 2006 Mr. Ben-Arie also served as a partner of Walden Israel Ventures, where he focused on investments in Israeli-related hi-tech companies. During these years Mr. Ben-Arie managed investments in several companies and served as a board member in companies from early stage, including Color Chip Inc. and Passave. From 1998 until 2000 Mr. Ben-Arie served as a director in Radcom Ltd., as a consultant in Walden Israel, and financed seed phases for new startups. From 1991 until 1998 Mr. Ben-Arie served as the co-founder and CEO of Radcom Ltd., Israel. From 1978 until 1982 Mr. Ben-Arie served as an electronic engineer and a project manager in Elisra Ltd. Yossi Shacham-Diamand
Director
Yosi Shacham-Diamand has broad experience as a faculty member and as a consultant in the semiconductor industry. Since 2001, Prof. Shacham-Diamand serves as The Bernard L. Schwartz Academic Chair for nanoscale information technologies in the Department of Electrical Engineering-Physical Electronics, and in the Department of Material Science and Technology, Faculty of Engineering, Tel Aviv University. Prof. Shacham-Diamand currently serves on the advisory board of CartaSense Ltd. and SolChip Ltd., and previously served as a consultant to numerous manufacturing companies such as Zoran Inc., Intel Inc., Applied Materials Inc., Jordan Valley Inc., as well as to numerous investments and holding companies in Israel and abroad. Prof. Shacham-Diamand previously served on the board of directors of PCB Ltd. (today, Priortech Ltd.) and "RAMOT" by Tel Aviv University. In addition, in 2012 Prof. Shacham-Diamand was the head of the industrial affiliation program, Faculty of Engineering, from 2008 to 2012 Prof. Shacham-Diamand served on the University Board of Governors, from 2007 to 2011 served as the Head of the Department of Physical Electronics, Faculty of Engineering and from 2009 to 2011 served as the Vice-dean of the faculty of engineering. Prof. Shacham-Diamand served on the University patent committee from 2006 to 2010, as the director of Tel-Aviv University research institute for Nano-Science and nano-technologies from 2001 to 2004 and as the Academic Director of the Micro Technologies Laboratory, Faculty of Engineering, Tel-Aviv University from 2000 to 2001. Since 2018, Prof. Shacham-Diamand serves as a visiting professor at the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication, The Politecnico di Torino, Torino, Italy, and since 2012, serves as a distinguished international Chair Professor in Feng Chia University, Taichung, Taiwan. Between 2012 to 2013 Prof Shacham-Diamand served as a Visiting Professor in CNR-IMM, Rome, Italy and between 2004 to now, Prof. Shacham-Diamand serves as a Visiting Professor at Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan. From 2001 Prof. Shacham-Diamand is a full Professor at Tel Aviv University, and previously, from 1997 to 2001 served as an Associate Professor in the Tel Aviv University, from 1989 to 1996 served as an Assistant Professor in Cornell University, Ithaca NY, USA and from 1987 to 1989 served as a senior lecturer in the Technion Institution. Since 2014 Prof Shacham-Diamand served as a member of the MAGNET committee, Ministry of Trade and Industry. Prof. Shacham-Diamand holds D.Sc. EE, M.Sc. EE, and B.Sc. EE (Summa-cum Laude), all from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel and also completed a postdoctoral research at U.C. Berkeley, CA, USA.

As partner at Viola Credit, a tech-oriented PE investment group, between 2012 and 2013, Yael Andorn oversaw customized credit solutions for technology and energy-focused companies, based on secured loans considering interest and equity component to enhance growth and limit dilution.
Between 2005 and 2011 Yael Andorn served as CEO at Amitim, one of Israel’s largest institutional long term savings entity, with over $50BN AUM. Furthermore, she served on the investment and credit committees. She was also appointed by the Commissioner of Capital Markets to plan and execute reconstruction of distressed pension fund, leading a major reconstruction plan in the fund and then selling it to a leading investment house in Israel.
Earlier in her career, Yael Andorn held several positions at Israel’s Ministry of Finance Budget Department, as well positions with Bank of Israel and IDF 8200 Intelligence Unit.

Co-founded Chroma in 1984 and has been serving as chairman of the board of directors of Chroma since October 23, 1984. Mr. Huang was the QA Engineer of TIMEX Corp. from 1975 to 1977 and served as the Sales Manager of Philips Electronics Industries (Taiwan) Ltd. from 1978 to 1984. Mr. Huang received his bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from National Chiao Tung University in 1973.

I-Shih Tseng

Joined Chroma in 1998, serving as a director since June 6, 2012 and as Business Unit President of Chroma since July 1, 2007. Mr. Tseng was the Research Assistance of Pennsylvania State University from 1986 to 1992 and served as the Project Manager of Institute for Information Industry from 1992 to 1998. Mr. Tseng received his PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University in 1992.

Yotam Stern has served on our Board of Directors since 1987 (and as the Chairman of our Board of Directors from May 2009 until August 2010). From 2001 until 2012 Mr. Stern served as our Executive Vice President, Business & Strategy. From 1998 until 2001, Mr. Stern served as our Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Stern served in the past as the Chief Financial Officer of Priortech and has been serving as a director of Priortech since 1985 and as its Chief Executive Officer since 2004. As of November 2012 Mr. Stern also serves as Chief Executive Officer of PCB Technologies Ltd., our affiliate which is also controlled by Priortech. Mr. Stern holds a B.A. in Economics from Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
