About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner to join our HR team and provide day-to-day support to managers and employees across the organization.

This role focuses on operational HR activities, employee support, people processes, and maintaining a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.


Responsibilities

 

  • Provide ongoing day-to-day HR support to employees and managers
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee experience, performance processes, and offboarding
  • Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Support employee wellbeing, engagement activities, and company events
  • Work closely with recruitment and other HR team members to ensure smooth HR operations
  • Identify day-to-day organizational needs and provide practical HR solutions


Requirements

 

  • Approachable, people-oriented, and responsive
  • Hands-on approach with strong operational execution skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-tech/technology environment.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships across the organization
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms
  • Fluent English — written and verbal
