Camtek Announces Public Offering of its Ordinary Shares
Camtek Ltd. (NASDAQ: CAMT and TASE: CAMT), today announced that it is offering to sell its ordinary shares in an underwritten public offering. Needham & Company, LLC is acting as sole book-running manager of the offering.
Camtek intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes.
The shares described above are being offered by Camtek pursuant to a registration statement on Form F-3, including a base prospectus, previously filed (on April 1, 2014) with and subsequently declared effective (on April 14, 2014) by the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").
