R&D Lab Integrator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and hands-on R&D Lab Integrator to join our multidisciplinary development team.
The role involves integrating, assembling, calibrating, and troubleshooting complex systems that combine mechanical, optical, and electronic subsystems.
You will play a key role in supporting development, verification, and system-level integration activities throughout the product development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Perform integration of mechanical, optical, and electronic subsystems at the machine level.
- Assemble, install, and calibrate complex multidisciplinary systems in R&D laboratories.
- Work closely with multiple R&D teams.
- Support system integration, verification, and validation activities for R&D projects.
- Perform preventive maintenance for R&D lab tools.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system-level and subsystem issues.
- Execute tests and document findings to support product development and qualification processes.
Requirements
- Practical Engineer/Technician degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering - mandatory.
- At least two years of experience in the industry with multidisciplinary systems (semiconductor companies, medical companies, defense companies, etc.).
- Hands-on technical experience at machine/system level.
- Good English skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Willingness to travel abroad for installations and technical support when required.
