Job Overview:

 We are seeking a skilled and hands-on R&D Lab Integrator to join our multidisciplinary development team.

The role involves integrating, assembling, calibrating, and troubleshooting complex systems that combine mechanical, optical, and electronic subsystems.

You will play a key role in supporting development, verification, and system-level integration activities throughout the product development lifecycle.

 Responsibilities:

  • Perform integration of mechanical, optical, and electronic subsystems at the machine level.
  • Assemble, install, and calibrate complex multidisciplinary systems in R&D laboratories.
  • Work closely with multiple R&D teams.
  • Support system integration, verification, and validation activities for R&D projects.
  • Perform preventive maintenance for R&D lab tools.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system-level and subsystem issues.
  • Execute tests and document findings to support product development and qualification processes.

  

Requirements

  • Practical Engineer/Technician degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering - mandatory.
  • At least two years of experience in the industry with multidisciplinary systems (semiconductor companies, medical companies, defense companies, etc.).
  • Hands-on technical experience at machine/system level.
  • Good English skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
  • Willingness to travel abroad for installations and technical support when required.
